About Paula Verbit

Paula Verbit holds a B.A. degree from the University of California Santa Barbara in Spanish and an Adult Teaching Credential from the University of California Los Angeles. She is also a Certified Mediator. In addition to teaching, she has worked as a motivational speaker, behavior modification specialist and intuitive, and brings this experience to her Life Coaching practice. She is currently completing her Life Coaching Certification through International Coach Academy.

Paula also has a background in television production, politics and public relations, all of which served to prepare her to coach. According to Paula, “Coaching is the ability to empower another to be her best self.”

Paula came to Coaching as a result of making her own dream come true: After years of kissing many frogs, she finally met a prince and fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a married woman.

Paula’s Philosophy

Paula believes in the Law of Kindness. The Law of Kindness, a variation on the eastern belief in Karma, says “Be kind.” It’s the way to a fulfilling life – living a life of service in which you care about others.

Paula is also a believer in New Thought, Intentionality and Action – hence the name of her business – Believe and Achieve Coaching. Thought leads to emotion, word and deed. Paula uses many different modalities in her coaching including Powerful Questions, Active Imagery and Positive Action She is gentle, kind and loving as she helps you steer your boat through the waters of life.
